Spain Imposes New Regulations for Scooter Drivers, Including Helmets and Age Limit
New legislation in Spain, set to take effect in October, will require scooter drivers to wear helmets and be at least 15 years old. The regulations also cover taxi drivers, motorcyclists, passengers, and car drivers, with fines for non-compliance set at 200 euros.
