South Korea, Japan Reaffirm Denuclearization Goal and Closer Defense Ties

Defense ministers from South Korea and Japan, Ahn Gyu-back and Koizumi, held talks to reaffirm their shared goal of denuclearization and to strengthen defense cooperation, agreeing to revive joint search-and-rescue drills in their sixth round of bilateral discussions.
