South Korea asks Russian embassy to remove a banner: the message displayed after four years of war in Ukraine
South Korea has asked the Russian Embassy to take down a large banner that reads 'Victory will be ours,' displayed just before the four-year anniversary of the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, it declared.
