SNCF Fines Passenger for Dog in RER Corridor, Promises Refund

A passenger in Paris was fined by SNCF for having her dog in an RER corridor, despite dogs being allowed on public transport. SNCF has since stated it will refund the fine, acknowledging the absurdity of the situation.
