Slovakian SME Establishment and Changes to Become More Expensive and Complicated

Starting August 17, the costs and complexity of establishing and making changes to limited liability companies (s.r.o.) in Slovakia will increase, with total costs potentially exceeding 500 euros. Experts criticize the new rules as a step backward for digitalization and warn of increased administrative burden for small businesses.
