The Czech town of Slavkov u Brna, in collaboration with heritage conservationists, is implementing new appearance guidelines for restaurant and cafe gardens in its heritage zone. While most businesses have complied, one confectionery is resisting the changes.

Slavkov u Brna ve spolupráci s památkáři jedná s majiteli podniků v památkové zóně o jejich vzhledu. Týká se to především zahrádek u restaurací a kaváren. Doporučení o zkvalitnění veřejného prostoru splnily téměř všechny dotčené podniky, jeden se ale brání. „Přijde mi, že chce město sterilní náměstí bez zahrádek,“ říká pro Český rozhlas spolumajitelka cukrárny U tří císařů Romana Drápalová.
