Shafee Argues Najib's Tax Appeal Moot if LHDN Insists on 'Pay First, Talk Later'

Lawyer Tan Sri Shafee Abdullah argued before the Court of Appeal that former Prime Minister Najib Razak's tax appeal would become moot if the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) insists on its 'pay first, talk later' policy.
