Serbian Foreign Minister Proposes Open Communication with Albania

Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Đurić has proposed to Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha to move past 'megaphone diplomacy' and maintain open communication channels between the two countries.
