Serbian Appellate Court May Annul Belgrade Indictment

A retired judge from the Novi Sad Appellate Court commented that the Belgrade Appellate Court could, if it wishes, annul the indictment from the Belgrade Higher Public Prosecutor's Office regarding a canopy case.
