Serbia Refuses to Sign Kyiv Declaration Condemning Russian Aggression

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić was the only head of state at the Ukraine-Southeast Europe Summit in Kyiv who refused to sign the joint declaration condemning Russian aggression. Vučić stated that Serbia did not sign the declaration due to its content, despite his first visit to Kyiv since the war began.
