Serbia Issues Guidelines for Assessing Unfair Trading Practices

Serbia's Law on Trading Practices came into force on May 1st, and based on it, the Commission for Protection of Competition has adopted guidelines for assessing unfair trading practices, clarifying that supplier consent under duress is not valid.
