Serbia Introduces New Regulations for Raw Milk Purchase Agreements

Serbia's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management has adopted a new regulation on the basic elements of contracts between agricultural producers and processors or buyers of raw milk. This marks the first time that mutual practices in this sector are clearly and systematically regulated.

Ministarstvo poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede donelo je Pravilnik o osnovnim elementima ugovora između poljoprivrednog proizvođača i prerađivača ili otkupljivača sirovog mleka, "čime se prvi put na jasan i sistemski način uređuju međusobna prava i obaveze učesnika u sektoru mlekarstva", saopštilo je Ministarstvo.
