Serbia Extends NIS Operational License Amid Final Stage MOL-Gazprom Talks
Serbian regulatory authorities have extended the operational license for oil company NIS until September 30 to ensure continuity during merger negotiations between majority owners MOL and Gazprom Neft. The extension coincides with reports that the two parent companies are in the final stages of finalizing their joint control agreement.
