Kazen šest let in tri mesece zapora, izrečena Samirju Šiljiću za smrt Novomeščana Aleša Šutarja, je pravnomočna, so potrdili na novomeškem okrožnem državnem tožilstvu. Hkrati so potrdili, da je tožilstvo odstopilo od pregona zoper sprva osumljenega Šiljićevega bratranca.
