Scienjoy Acquires Nearly 30 Percent Stake in Leader Education

Scienjoy Holding Corporation has completed the acquisition of a 29.9 percent stake in Hong Kong-listed education provider Leader Education Limited for HK$102.7 million. The investment positions Scienjoy to expand its footprint in the Chinese higher education sector.
