Schools Shut in Indian Cities Amid Heavy Rain and Red Alert

Schools in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, and Dehradun are closed today as heavy rain lashes parts of the national capital, prompting the India Meteorological Department (IMD) to issue a red alert for the city.
