School holiday August 24: Check state-wise school closure updates amid heavy rain

Heavy rainfall is affecting several parts of India on August 24, 2026, with the IMD forecasting heavy to very heavy rain in parts of Odisha and rainfall in Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Sikkim and other regions.
