(ANSA) - ROMA, 03 GIU - Thirty-three years after their deaths, the Italian Embassy in Sarajevo commemorated volunteers Sergio Lana, Guido Puletti, and Fabio Moreni, who lost their lives in 1993 in Gornji Vakuf, in the Central Bosnia Canton, during a humanitarian relief mission. The three peacekeepers were aboard an aid convoy that had departed from Ghedi (Brescia) and was headed for the cities of Vitez and Zavidovici when they were murdered by a paramilitary unit.
