San Diego Sheriff Blocks ICE from County Facilities, Maintains CBP Access

San Diego Sheriff Kelly Martinez has decided to block Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from using county firing ranges and training facilities, while maintaining access for Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
