Russian public pessimism reaches early 1990s levels
A survey by the Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM) indicates that pessimistic sentiment among Russian citizens has reached levels last seen in the early 1990s, as they increasingly feel the consequences of the war against Ukraine.
