Russian National Arrested in Montenegro for Triple Murder Opens Fire, Then Self-Harms

Mihail Shabunjin, a 30-year-old Russian citizen suspected of three murders, was located in a forest near Herceg Novi, exchanged gunfire with police, and shot himself after crossing the border multiple times in six days.
