Russian Attacks on Donetsk Oblast Kill Two, Injure Four, Cause Power Outages

Russian forces attacked Druzhkivka and Bilenke in Donetsk Oblast, resulting in two deaths and four injuries. These attacks also caused electricity outages in seven Ukrainian oblasts.
