Russia Reportedly Marks Foreign Mercenaries with Disappearing Skin IDs

Ukrainians have reportedly found identification numbers on the bodies of captured foreign mercenaries in the Russian army, which are applied to the skin with a special paint that disappears after death, replacing traditional metal dog tags.
