Russia attacks Sumi with five bombs, civilian infrastructure hit

Russian forces dropped five guided bombs on the city of Sumi overnight, striking civilian infrastructure. A multi-story building was damaged and hundreds of windows were shattered. Casualty figures are still being verified.
