Romanian Prosumers Advocate for 0% VAT on Photovoltaic Systems

The Association of Prosumers and Energy Communities (APCE) is urging the Romanian Parliament to adopt urgent fiscal measures, inspired by the German model, to implement 0% VAT for photovoltaic systems.

Asociaţia Prosumatorilor şi a Comunităţilor de Energie (APCE) solicită Parlamentului adoptarea în regim de urgenţă a unui pachet de măsuri fiscale inspirat din modelul german, care să permită aplicarea TVA 0% pentru sistemele fotovoltaice de până la 27 kW şi pentru bateriile de stocare aferente.
