Romanian Court Confiscates Car of 18-Year-Old Caught Driving Without License Three Times

The Cluj Court of Appeal ordered the seizure of a vehicle belonging to an 18-year-old repeat offender who was caught driving without a license on three occasions. The teenager was also sentenced to nearly two years in prison for the violations.
