River Bóbr Closed to Public After Mass Fish Deaths in Poland

Authorities have banned public access to parts of the River Bóbr in Poland following a mass death of fish and deteriorating water quality, with 15 tons of dead fish recovered and residents receiving an RCB alert.

Po masowym śnięciu ryb i pogorszeniu jakości wody wojewoda dolnośląska zdecydowała o wprowadzeniu zakazu korzystania z części rzeki Bóbr. W ostatnich dniach odłowiono tam łącznie 15 ton martwych ryb. Mieszkańcy otrzymali alert Rządowego Centrum Bezpieczeństwa.
