Rinkēvičs: Latvia lacks border guards

Significant progress has been made in the construction of infrastructure along the Latvian–Belarusian border, but there are serious problems with human resources – this was the conclusion reached by President Edgars Rinkēvičs during a visit to Piedruja, a village on the border with Belarus, on August 18.
