Report Finds Structural Disadvantage for Residents of Caribbean Netherlands
A report by the National Coordinator against Discrimination and Racism (NCDR) concludes that the Dutch state is failing residents of the Caribbean Netherlands, who are not treated equally to European Netherlands residents. The report highlights structural disadvantages faced by the islanders, including in areas of income, housing, and legal status. The NCDR calls for immediate action from the Dutch government to address these inequalities and ensure fair treatment for all citizens.
