René Benko's Fraudulent Bankruptcy Case to Reach Austrian Supreme Court in July

The first non-final conviction of René Benko for fraudulent bankruptcy will be heard by the Supreme Court on July 2nd. The proceedings will take place in the Grand Hall of the Vienna Palace of Justice.
