Referendum Initiative Launched Against Slovenian Parliamentary Inquiry Law Changes

A group of citizens, including former members of the Human Rights Protection Committee, has launched an initiative to collect 2,500 signatures for a referendum on amendments to the parliamentary inquiry law.

Skupina državljanov s prvopodpisanimi nekaterimi člani nekdanjega odbora za varstvo človekovih pravic začenja zbiranje 2500 podpisov pod pobudo za začetek postopkov za naknadni zakonodajni referendum o noveli zakona o parlamentarni preiskavi. Menijo, da novela odpravlja temeljne varovalke pravne države in odpira prostor politični zlorabi.
