PSNI Created Detailed Profile of Belfast Journalist Vincent Kearney

A tribunal has been informed that the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) created an extensive profile of Belfast journalist Vincent Kearney, including personal details about his wife and mother-in-law, as part of an unlawful monitoring campaign.
