PSD and CDS-PP Madeira approve protest vote over Hugo Soares' statements on mobility allowance

The national parliament approved amendments to the social mobility allowance for the Açores and Madeira. PSD and CDS-PP were the only parties to vote against the proposal, with the exception of the deputies elected in these constituencies.
