Prosecutors drop rape charges against Harvey Weinstein after three trials ended without a verdict

The former producer is accused by actress Jessica Mann, who was 27 at the time, of raping her in a New York hotel room in March 2013, shortly after they met at a party. Weinstein is already in prison for other sex offenses, so will remain behind bars.
