Professor Joseph: Kosovo Government Missed Opportunity with Serbian Community

Professor Edward P. Joseph of Johns Hopkins University stated that the Kosovo government missed an opportunity to improve relations with the Serbian community. He believes all political leaders share responsibility for resolving the political deadlock in Kosovo.
