Blackout grips Mabalacat City, parts of Magalang town

MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga – Work in government offices and private establishments here and in parts of the municipality of Magalang was disrupted by a power outage on Wednesday. The Pampanga Electric Cooperative II (Pelco II) announced on its Facebook page that the “unscheduled NGCP (National Grid Corporation of the Philippines) outage started at 11:37 a.m.
