Portuguese Public Company Managers Fail to Sign Legally Mandated Contracts
A representative from the Treasury and Finance Entity in Portugal has revealed that no manager of public companies has ever signed the legally required management contract, which defines goals and objectives. The Ministry of Finance has remained silent on the issue for over a month.
