Portuguese Municipalities Dissatisfied with Emergency Funds Six Months After Storms
Six months after severe storms in January and February, Portuguese municipalities are expressing discontent over a lack of funds, with some resorting to bank loans. The Municipal Emergency Fund is set to launch this Saturday, as 25 people remain displaced and five national roads are still closed.
