Portuguese Emergency Services Acquire ECG Monitors for Ambulances

Portugal's INEM (National Institute of Medical Emergency) is purchasing 1,400 monitors to enable all ambulances to perform electrocardiograms. The initiative also includes training firefighters to administer medication for severe low blood sugar, with training starting in September.
