Portugal Issues Yellow Warning for Rain and Thunderstorms in 13 Districts

Seven districts in mainland Portugal are under a yellow warning for showers, thunderstorms, and wind gusts of up to 70 kilometers per hour. The alert is expected to remain in effect until 3:00 PM.
