Portugal Converts Social Benefits and Pensions to Single Social Benefit

Portugal's Social Integration Income (RSI) and old-age and disability pensions will be officially converted into a Single Social Benefit, with the decree-law taking effect on December 31, though some benefits will be recalculated.
