Poor communication main cause of patient complaints to hospital ombudsmen in Czech Republic
Insufficient or inappropriate communication is the most frequent complaint from patients against healthcare professionals, according to hospital ombudsmen in the Czech Republic. The number of complaints has increased, though only about a tenth are deemed justified.
