Prezydencki projekt ustawy, mającej być odpowiedzią na zablokowaną przez niego ustawę lex szarlatan, jest w konsultacjach - poinformował marszałek Sejmu. Propozycja Karola Nawrockiego spotkała się z krytyką ekspertów i lekarzy. Według nich nie chroni pacjentów przed oszustwem, tylko zakłada karanie szarlatanów po fakcie.
