Władze Sosnowca chcą płacić miejscowym rodzicom za urodzenie dziecka. Tzw. maluszkowe otrzymają oni za przyjście na świat drugiej, trzeciej i kolejnej pociechy. Inne samorządy, chociaż nie mają podobnych programów, na różne sposoby wspierają rodziny ze swojego terenu.
