Polish Lawyers Advocate for Increased 'Significant Value Property' Threshold in Criminal Code
Judges and legal experts in Poland are appealing for the threshold of 'significant value property' in the criminal code to be raised from 200,000 PLN to at least half a million PLN, with a proposal for amendment already submitted to the Ministry of Justice.
