Polish Justice Ministry Denies Drafting Prosecutor Regulations

Poland's Minister of Justice, Waldemar Żurek, stated that the draft regulations for the functioning of common organizational units of the prosecutor's office were not prepared by the Ministry of Justice but by the Presidium Office of the National Prosecutor's Office.
