Reports indicate that Poland's Financial Supervision Commission (KNF) filed a complaint against BitBay (now Zondacrypto) in 2018, but the investigation was allegedly delayed for years by associates of a former minister.

Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego już w 2018 roku złożyła zawiadomienie w sprawie spółki BitBay, znanej obecnie jako Zondacrypto - wynika z ustaleń Oko.press. Śledztwo miało być przez lata wstrzymywane przez bliskich współpracowników ówczesnego ministra sprawiedliwości Zbigniewa Ziobry.
