Polish Diocese Seeks State Liability in Priest Pedophilia Case

A Polish diocese is demanding that the State Treasury also be held liable in a lawsuit concerning a priest, Jan Wodniak, who sexually abused an altar boy. Wodniak was reportedly registered as a secret collaborator with the Security Service during the communist era.
