Sąd Apelacyjny w Gdańsku prawomocnie uznał, że decyzja władz miasta o rozwiązaniu antyaborcyjnej pikiety przed Szpitalem św. Wojciecha na Zaspie była zgodna z prawem. Sprawa dotyczyła zgromadzenia z udziałem Kai Godek, które odbyło się w styczniu tego roku.
