Polish Court Asks CJEU About Bank Tax on Foreign Securities

Poland's Supreme Administrative Court has decided to refer a question to the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) regarding whether national regulations preventing banks from reducing their tax base by the value of bonds issued by other EU member states' governments violate EU norms.
